I have suffered from hemorrhoids for a long time now and am really getting sick of having to deal with them so I decided to really try something that might help me get rid of them so I decided to try the colonix colon cleanse to see if that would help. It’s a very strict diet and you have to take a lot of pills to get it to work but ir really did clean me out and helped me move things along so my hemorrhoids could heal. The problem was once I was done it didn’t take long before the constipation and hemorrhoids just came back. So I guess if I really want to get rid of these stupid things I am really going to have to change my diet and help my bpdy naturally get rid of all that waste causing problems. There really is no fast fix for a good diet so I just really need to buckle down and eat more fiber other that I guess I could have surgery I just really don’t want to so I will try the diet thing first. Eating more fiber isn’t really that hard and I know that I can do it and change my life.
